Stéphane Vignon offers you champagnes from micro-plots. All in Grand Cru, Extra Brut, Vintage, and with as little intervention as possible: this is his philosophy, champagne is a wine above all.

Most of our wines are made in barrels, their wood comes from the family forest, a unique fact in Champagne, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration.

At the head of the estate since 2001, Stéphane Vignon is first and foremost a committed man. Love of the land and preservation of the environment are at the heart of his concerns. The Vignon family practices sustainable viticulture: the vineyard is in conversion to obtain HVE (High Environmental Value).

Stéphane Vignon is a member of Disciples d'Escoffier International, Académie Nationale de Cuisine, les Toques Françaises, and partner of Euro-Toques Österreich, whose fundamental values are sharing and transmission.
